Egg having a quality of a reduced crude fat content, a reduced peroxide content. an enhansed Haugh Unit value, an enhansed degree of transparency of egg white, an enhansed foam-forming ability and a pure white color in foam and egg white when the egg is cooked, is provided.</SDO AB>
