PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic forming device which controls a position of an injection tool for injecting fluid pressure with high accuracy. SOLUTION: An injecting tool 16 which is inserted between end surfaces of plates to be molded, for applying fluid pressure between plates, a driving means 19 for transferring the injection tool in the insertion direction, and a detecting means 32 for detecting a compressing load which is added by the injection tool, and a controlling means 40 for operating the driving means 19 and controlling a position of the injection tool in order to match a detected value of the compressing load to a target value, are provided.
