<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the temperature of a fin and securely fit a temperature sensor provided on the side of a case, and also to easily fit a deodorizing device and make the connection positions of an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe less prone to dislocate. <P>SOLUTION: The inlet pipe 15 is made closer to and almost parallel with a case 14 and an air layer is formed between the inlet pipe 15 and the case 14, and the periphery of the pipe 15 and the case 14 is surrounded with heat insulating materials 17, 18.
