SHEET-LIKE DIELECTRIC MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably accurately form a dielectric layer having a stereoscopic structure in a good working efficiency in a plasma display panel. SOLUTION: A sheet-like dielectric material 21 comprises a photosensitive dielectric forming material layer 23 containing a glass powder, a binding resin and a photosensitive resin formed on a support film 22, and a dielectric forming material layer 24 formed on the layer 23 and containing a glass powder and a biding resin. A glass powder softening point of the layer 23 is lower than that of the layer 23 in the dielectric layer 21. The method for manufacturing the sheet-like dielectric material comprises the steps of preparing the sheet-like dielectric material 21, and forming the dielectric layer of the plasma display panel by using the sheet-like dielectric material 21.
