FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: seeding unit has elevator conveyor with seeding spoons, tuber guide, and bin with discharge window in its bottom. Flexible pivot joints of different size are positioned under feeding bin bottom and provided with shaker. Sectioned flap is located on bottom edge for closing discharge window between elevator and bottom edge. Upper part of sectioned flap is made in the form of sectioned comb and lower part in the form of flexible spring-loaded plate positioned in contact with spoon edge. EFFECT: reduced damage to tubers, improved seeding quality and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
