<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet for with measures of preventing the advance of dust or the like from the clearance of an upper case and disabling the insertion of an IC card in the case that a case is deformed by the insertion of a foreign matter or the like. <P>SOLUTION: For a lower case 16 where an insertion port 15 for inserting and removing an IC card is formed and a U-shaped metal-worked upper case 10, in the state of oppositely arranging the bottom surface plate 17 of the lower case 16 and the upper surface plate 11 of the upper case 10, by fixing both side face plates 12 and 13 and a part of the bottom surface plate 17 with screws 20, a cabinet 100 is formed.
