PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near magnetic field probe capable of suppressing detection voltage drop caused by resonance generated at an impedance discontinuity between transmission circuit parts and a loop coil part, and usable stably up to a region of a microwave. SOLUTION: This near magnetic field probe is constituted from dielectrics 1, 23, 35, 41, the loop coil part 3 formed on the dielectrics 1, 23, 35, 41 and constituted from a conductive membrane, and the transmission circuit parts 5, 21, 31 for transmitting an induced electromotive force detected by the loop coil part 3. In the probe, impedances of the transmission circuit parts 5, 21, 31 are changed gradually in the transmission direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
