The water outlet (7) comprises a tube (10) with a sealed bottom end which protrudes vertically from the top side (4) of the flow regulator casing. The tube contains a first inlet opening (11) for air and at least one second inlet opening (12) for the water below the first opening. The cross-section of the second opening is at least ten times greater than that of the first opening. The closure device (13, 15, 18) used to seal the water outlet is also used to seal the first and second openings independently of the position of the float (14). The float is used to operate the closure device for sealing the water outlet.
