PURPOSE: An electronic 43PD switch is provided to be capable of operating according to a control of a control part of a watch board or according to a manual control at a field. CONSTITUTION: A power supply voltage is supplied to a power failure checking part(19), which checks whether a power supply voltage of a bus circuit is normal with a high voltage breaker being at an on-state. When a control signal is output to a relay driving part, a relay contact point becomes off by a drive of the third relay. A three-phase voltage is supplied to a control part(27) via a rectification part, a noise eliminating part and a waveform shaping part, and whether a normal voltage is supplied judged. The control part(27) controls such that a current voltage value is expressed in figures and such that a light emitting diode is turned on according to an operation. The control part turns on an operating indication LED corresponding to a selected operating mode when recognizing an on-state of a manual control mode selecting switch at a field or a select switch of a control mode. A control signal from the control part enables a control operation by a remote or automatic control according to a voltage value as a manager selects an automatic mode, a control mode by a control part of a watch board, or a manual mode at a field.
