PURPOSE: A device and a method for supporting the allotment payment are provided to increase sale by reducing the allotment burden of a member. CONSTITUTION: The member(100) applies to the registration by connecting to an agent server(210) through the Internet(600) or visiting an agent(200). The agent server(210) includes a member database(220) storing the member information and an allotment information database(230) storing the allotment information contracted by the member. The registration application received to the agent(200) is informed to a mobile communication company(400) by making the agent server(210) transmit the registration application information to a mobile communication company server(410) through the Internet(600). A credit card company server(310) for issuing a credit card to the member(100) is connected to the Internet(600). The credit card company server includes the member database(320) for storing the member information. A financial organization(500) for the financial transaction of each company is connected to the Internet(600).
