PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce brazing joint defect while reducing material cost by preventing brazing area from getting larger than appropriate area. SOLUTION: A tube 2 is formed on a surface W<SB>2</SB>corresponding to at least outer surface of the tube 2 in a plate shaped member W by bending clad material covered by brazing material.
