<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of specifically determining proteins without performing label processing on a protein to be measured with fluorescence, etc. <P>SOLUTION: An antibody having affinity to the protein 31 to be measured or its derivative is fixed to the tip of double stranded polynucleotides 11 and arranged in an array shape.
