PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid spouting device having a structure capable of generating a nozzle rotation by the hydraulic pressure and further, miniaturizing the driving part of a fluid supply pump or the like to a chamber and reducing the operation cost. SOLUTION: A washing water spouting device 40 is provided with an upper side through-hole 6A recessed so as to form an edge-shape and a recess 43 with a bottomed round hole shape. In the nozzle 4, the shrunk diameter part 7 at the extremity side of the nozzle is inserted in the upper side through-hole 6A and the lower end part 44 is inserted in recess 43 to assemble the spout device. The washing water spout 5 is exposed to the outside of the through-hole in the upper side through-hole 6A and made freely rotatable and the positional alternation of the nozzle in the nozzle axial center O direction is allowed.
