PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve feeding accuracy by simplifying the shape of a carriage side. SOLUTION: In an engagement structure between a lead screw 51 and a head lift body 52, the screw groove of the lead screw 51 is engaged with only a catch-shaped projection 551 of one place disposed on the inner surface of a bearing part 55 integrally formed in the head lift body 52, and the rotational motion of the lead screw 51 is converted into the linear motion of the head lift body 52. Thus, regarding the accuracy of an amount of feeding at the linear motion by the rotational motion, only the feeding accuracy of the lead screw 51 has an influence, and the manufacturing accuracy of the bearing part of the head lift body is neglected.
