<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a production process for a board using synthetic fiber scrap which loads synthetic fiber scrap on a pallet and treats them by a pallet unit so that it maximizes working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The production process for the board using the synthetic fiber scrap comprises the steps of: (i) mixing high melting fiber and low melting fiber to prepare synthetic fiber scrap materials(10); (ii) coating the surface of the synthetic fiber scrap materials with a low melting fiber film(152,172); (iii) cutting the coated synthetic fiber scrap materials; (iv) loading a lower pallet(20b) on a transfer tool; (v) piling up the coated synthetic fiber scrap materials on the lower pallet; (vi) loading an upper pallet(20a) on the synthetic fiber scrap materials to form the pallet unit(20); (vii) projecting the pallet unit to plural presses and heating stepwise to produce a softening material; (viii) cooling the produced softening material of the pallet unit; (ix) recovering the upper pallet from the pallet unit; (x) releasing the softening material; and (xi) recovering the lower pallet from the pallet unit.</p> |
