VARIABLE WIDE BAND FREQUENCY VOLTAGE CONTROLLED OSCILLATOR

PURPOSE: A variable wide band frequency voltage controlled oscillator is provided to have a small integration by applying a simple capacitor connecting circuit without additional input signals and without changing a size of a circuit. CONSTITUTION: An LC-resonant circuit(201) receives an external voltage signal and determines a resonant frequency. A negative resistance generator(202) oscillates a frequency signal determined by the LC-resonant circuit(201). A buffer circuit(204) provides the frequency signal oscillated by the negative resistance generator(202) to a load terminal. A variable capacitor connector(203) is connected between the negative resistance generator(202) and the buffer circuit(204) and provides the oscillating frequency determined by the LC-resonant circuit(201) to the buffer circuit(204) and the load terminal.
