PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a thermoelectric module even to an object to be adjusted for temperature that has a complicated shape such as a curved surface or the like, adhere the object to an electrode without clearance so as to prevent the reduction of heat transfer coefficient, and to absorb thermal stress by the electrode. SOLUTION: An electrode 13 that is connected to a thermoelectric module 10 as a thermoelectric element (p-type thermoelectric element and n-type thermoelectric element) 11, 12 uses a conductive elastic body (conductive rubber).
