PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a flat cable so that a contact point part can be easily formed by exposing a conductor at an optional position. SOLUTION: In the flat cable, both faces of the conductor comprising a plurality of copper foils 11 are held between first and second insulating resin films 12 and 13. It is composed so that no adhesive 20 is applied to a face contacting the conductor in the first insulating resin film 12 cut away for exposing the contact point part of the conductor, and the conductor without a thin film of the adhesive is exposed when the first insulating resin film is cut away.
