<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording apparatus that can copy data from one of recording media, transcribe the data into the other recording medium, and save an idle time as well as reduce a useless electric power when a copy process is restarted. <P>SOLUTION: A data recording apparatus embodied in this invention detects a state of repeating copies during a copy process and records information concerning one or a plurality of the detected states of repeating copies on one of two recording media. The data recording apparatus, then, stops a copy process if a battery voltage value drops to the voltage value less than a predetermined value and restarts the copy process from a copy position just before the copy process is suspended on the basis of the one or the plurality of states of repeating copies after the battery is replaced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
