The present invention relates to a jig assembly to temporarily fix a reinforcement bar, capable of temporarily fixing a reinforcement bar to a support of an engine pipe ground unit, and making the fixed part firm. The jig assembly separately fixes a support and a horizontal reinforcement bar and a support and a vertical reinforcement. The present invention includes: an orthogonal angle fixing jig placing and fixing the horizontal reinforcement bar and the support in an angle structure at a right angle, and including first and second fixing parts alternately fixing the support and the horizontal reinforcement bar while each end is integrated to form an L-shape; and an extension angle fixing jig overlapping the support and the vertical reinforcement bar with each other to fix the overlapped part.
