<p>An oscillator comprising first and second resistive-capacitive circuits (210,220) having voltage control capacitive-elements (12,112), first and second capacitive elements (16,116,18,118) connected to the two ends thereof, and first and second resistive elements (32,132,34,134) connected to respective junctions between the voltage control capacitive elements and the first and second capacitive elements; output terminals (40,140); two inductor elements (14,114) connected in parallel with the resistive-capacitive circuits; a pair of transistors (20,120) each of which has its collector connected to the first capacitive element of one resistive-capacitive circuit and has its base connected to the second capacitive element of the other resistive-capacitive circuit and which have their emitters connected to each other; a first power supply terminal (2) connected to the inductor elements; a current source (8) connected to the emitters; a second power supply terminal (4) connected to the current source and to the first resistive elements; a first control terminal (6) connected to the second resistive elements; and bias power supply terminals (42,142) connected to the bases via respective third resistive elements (36,136).</p> |
