<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip structure for a partition gate of a vehicle that can prevent crush deformation or buckling deformation of a coupling part, improve water tightness in a closed state of the partition gate, and prevent entrainment of a lip part and accumulation of water or dust in the coupling part. <P>SOLUTION: The weather strip structure is mounted to the lower end side of a gate opening of the vehicle having the partition gate 1 of which lower end is turnably mounted by a hinge 7 so as to open or close the gate opening formed between the cabin and a deck 2 disposed in the rear part of the vehicle while opening externally. The structure comprises a grip part 21 mounted to a car body 11, the lip part 22 in contact with the partition gate 1, and the coupling part 23 for coupling the grip part 21 to the lip part 22.
