PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin composition suitable for the application of polyvinyl alcohol-based resin formed products such as films which have high film-film blocking resistance and plasticizer bleed resistance and retain water solubility, transparency, glossiness and odorlessness each characteristic thereof. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin with preferably 0.1-30 wt.%, based on the resin, of polyglycidol. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
