PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the value of an opening external facing device equipped with a swing mechanism for slats by mounting a mesh member to add an insect- proof function. SOLUTION: In a rain shutter door 1, slats 2 are horizontally arranged in a rain shutter door frame comprising upper and lower rails 10, 11, right and left stiles 12, 13 and a center rail 14 as shown in Figure 2, and operating sliders 15, 15 for operating first and second swing mechanisms are placed to face the center rail 14. When the operating sliders 15, 15 are slid laterally on a drawing, the respective slats 2 swing to open/close.
