PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of a working space generated when a handrail frame for stairs and a handrail frame for a stair opening section are installed respectively in a temporary scaffold. SOLUTION: In the handrail frame 1 for the stair opening section, one 1d of the left-right side frame sections 1d and 1b of the handrail frame 1 is fixed onto the horizontal member A' of one A of building frames A and B parallel through a fixture 3, and the other 1b is fixed and installed onto the side girder 15' of the stairs 15 through the fixture 2. In the handrail 11 for the stairs, the frame upper section 11 of the handrail frame 11 is suspended from the frame lower section 1c of the handrail frame 1 for the stair opening section through the fixtures 13, and a frame lower section 11c is fixed and mounted onto the side girder 15' of the stairs 15 through the fixture 14.
