PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system capable of safely, easily and surely controlling temperature of a fluid when the fluid such as a concrete or the like is conveyed through a conveying pipe. SOLUTION: A flat bag-shaped water bag 20 (heat exchanger) is wound on the conveying pipe. A water W (a heat medium) of a tank 40 is pumped up by a water pump 41, and after it has been heated or cooled off through a heater/cooler unit 30 (a temperature adjusting source), it is supplied to the water bag 20. By the constitution, the concrete inside of the conveying pipe 10 can be kept in a proper temperature. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
