<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic relief valve capable of preventing mutual interference due to direct collision of a return oil when a high pressure working oil is to be drained to a pressure oil tank for protecting a hydraulic circuit of a hydraulic pump to be mounted on a construction machine, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic relief valve is equipped with a main poppet 1 to drain the working oil flowing into a sleeve 5 from the hydraulic pump P to the pressure oil tank and a pilot poppet 2 to drain the working oil to the hydraulic tank T when a high pressure over the set level is generated in the back pressure chamber b of the sleeve, wherein the arrangement further includes an interference preventive tool 5a to prevent direct collision of the return oil formed at the peripheral edge of the sleeve in such a way as positioned at the return passage boundary between the main poppet return oil v to be drained via the transverse axis part of the sleeve and the pilot poppet side return oil w to be drained via a return oil passage c formed on the outside of the sleeve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
