<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a means with which the typing of HLA gene polymorphism is readily and simply carried out based on its base sequence is provided. <P>SOLUTION: A chip for separating HLA gene polymorphism comprises making the polymorphism of base sequence of domain of the following HLA DRB1 (β1) gene into a gene chip. (1) Base sequence 111-134 or a sequence approximately homologous the sequence, (2) base sequence 162-185 or a sequence approximately homologous to the sequence, (3) base sequence 186-209 or a sequence approximately homologous to the sequence, (4) base sequence 219-242 or a sequence approximately homologous to the sequence, (5) base sequence 249-272 or a sequence approximately homologous to the sequence, (6) base sequence 282-305 or a sequence approximately homologous to the sequence, (7) base sequence 303-326 or a sequence approximately homologous to the sequence, (8) base sequence 333-356 or a sequence approximately homologous to the sequence and (9) a specific sequence derived from HLA gene or a base sequence of a derived material thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
