PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operability-improved parameter setting device for an electronic musical instrument. SOLUTION: Signals from electronic pads 201,..., 206 are inputted to signal input parts 10<SB>-</SB>1,..., 10<SB>-</SB>6, parameters for processing the inputted signals are set at a panel part 20 to be made correspond to the input parts 10<SB>-</SB>1,..., 10<SB>-</SB>6, and a CPU 10 performs processing according to the set parameters. At this time, when information which is made to correspond to some signal input part and specifies another signal input part is set at the panel part 20, the processing is carried out according to the parameters set corresponding to the other signal input part.
