SYSTEM FOR TREATING DUST FROM BUFFING OPERATION BY SCRUBBER

PURPOSE: A system for treating dust from buffing operation by scrubber is provided, which can prevent any accumulation dust in duct by spraying water so that any explosion caused by dust accumulated in duct is prevented, thus increasing dust collecting efficiency and preventing environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a duct through which dust generated from buffing device passes; a sprayer connected to the duct to spray water; a dust collector for primarily collecting dust and water effluent from the duct; a pump for transferring water and dust collected in the dust collector; a filter for separating mixture of water and dust transferred from the pump; a collection tank for collecting dust separated from the filter; and a means for treating water filtered from the filter.
