<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal separator for a fuel cell and its manufacturing method which ensure function as a separator, because nonconformities that falling out of a conductive inclusion and cracking at a boundary between the conductive inclusion and a work are caused by bending is controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive inclusion is projected to the surface of the work, by etching the surface of a material board for the separator, and is projected from the top of the work swelling in mountain shape, so that the material board is press-molded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
