PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp in which the difference in chromaticity of a tube end is decreased and an illuminator using it. SOLUTION: In the fluorescent lamp FL, a translucent airtight container 1 and a plurality of types of fluorescent bodies are contained. In this case, a fluorescent body layer 2 where the fluorescent bodies are divided into different layers from each other according to a mixture ratio at which the fluorescent body is adapted to a solvent and composed of a plurality of layers 2a and 2b which are layered on the inner surface side of the translucent airtight container 1, a discharging medium sealed in the translucent airtight container 1 and a discharge-generating means 4 installed so that the discharge of the discharging medium is generated in the translucent airtight container 1 are provided. In the fluorescent body layer 2, a three-wavelength light-emitting type fluorescent body provided with a red color light-emitting fluorescent body, a green color light-emitting fluorescent body and a blue color light-emitting fluorescent body is used and the green color fluorescent body and the blue color fluorescent body are made into different layers 2a and 2b.
