BATTERY HOLDER HOUSING STRUCTURE OF PORTABLE ELECTRONIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach/detach a battery holder from the attaching part of an electronic apparatus body using a simple operation, and to improve water resistance. SOLUTION: A battery holder 24 which holds a power source battery is inserted/removed from the side surface of an electronic apparatus case. The battery holder comprises an engagement lever 42 which is elastically deformed, and the engagement lever engages with the electronic apparatus case, with the battery holder attached. The side surface of the electronic apparatus case is provided with an attaching/detaching hole 44. The engagement lever is released by pressing in the member inserted through the attaching/detaching hole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
