PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fluorine containing compound having excellent surface tension reducing effect and high solubility to water, and to provide a method of production for the same and to provide a nonionic surfactant containing the same. SOLUTION: The compound is expressed by formula 1. In the formula, Rf is a 1-40C fluoroalkyl group, R1is H, a 1-3C alkyl group, R2and R3are each a 1-4C alkyl group, m is an integer of 2-6.
