PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety and reduce the amount of radioactive wastes generated by efficiently collecting fume and dust resulting from secondary products generated during the dismantling of cut radioactive materials. SOLUTION: This system includes a local exhaust enclosure 4 provided in a dismantling environment area 1; a filter 6 for filtering and recovering the secondary products collected by the local exhaust enclosure 4; an exhaust fan 7 connected to the outlet side of the filter 6; and a circulating line 11 for returning the exhaust from the exhaust fan 7 to the area 1 for circulation.
