PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the generation source, the transmission route and the radiation source of undesired electromagnetic waves so as to be sorted. SOLUTION: The electric-field measuring apparatus is provided with a reference-signal input 101 by which a measurement signal in an arbitrary position of an object 102 to be measured is detected as a reference signal, an electric field sensor 103 which measures an electric field generated from the object 102 to be measured, and a display part 107. A scanning part 104 enables the sensor 103 to measure the electric field in a plurality of positions near the object 102 to be measured, a signal comparison part 105 and a processing part 106 calculate a field-strength distribution phase change in the object 102 to be measured on the basis of the reference signal detected by the input part 101, and the calculated field-strength distribution phase change is displayed on the display part 107.
