<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it can be difficult to open a jam access cover of a facsimile device and a copying machine since they are often installed at a corner or beside a wall of a room and can not have sufficient space around installation, and a working space for an operator to work should be secured for jam processing. <P>SOLUTION: In this image forming device in which an image forming part 2 is arranged above a paper feeding part 4, a conveyance path is provided at a paper-feeding cassette 12 or an intermediate conveying device 24 which can be freely drawn in the paper feeding part 4 so that a recording paper can be grasped and drawn by a recording-paper grasping means provided in the conveyance path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
