<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding equipment that allows easy operation of determining positions of members to be welded. <P>SOLUTION: The laser welding equipment 1 comprises a clamp unit 3 that mounts a member 2 to be welded and is fitted by positioning in the directions of X axis and Y axis fitting, a position adjustment unit 4 that rotates the clamp unit in the directions of X axis and Y axis and on the XY plane, an image pickup means for the member to be welded, an image processing means 12 that detects the amount of displacement of the captured image from the reference position thereof, a control means that controls the position adjustment unit based on the amount of displacements from the reference position detected by the image processing means, and a laser head 13 that emits a laser beam of light in accordance with the locus predetermined in advance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
