ECO-FRIENDLY ARTIFICIAL FISH REEF

PURPOSE: An eco-friendly artificial fish reef is provided to purify sea water and improve inhabitation environment of fish through absorption of floating impurities and bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The eco-friendly artificial fish reef is manufactured by pulverizing a mixture of 35 to 55 weight percent of vermiculite, 25 to 35 weight percent of pearlite, and 25 to 35 weight percent of feldspar, sorting the pulverized mixture having a particle size of 0.2 to 0.3mm, expanding the sorted mixture by heating them at a temperature of 800 to 1200deg.C in a condition of 2 to 5deg.C/min, and adding 5 to 10 weight percent of a coupling agent into the expanded mixture before pressing them.
