PURPOSE:To obtain a corresponding program from a center automatically in response to the request of a user, by providing the center storing the program required by an intelligence terminal and connecting the terminal and the center via an exchange. CONSTITUTION:Intelligence terminals T0-Tn are initialized with a program in a respective memory MM1, and when the user deposits a coin, a network control unit is started with the status output of a charge box CHG. In dialing a telephone number of a program center, connection is done through an exchange EX. When the center PC responds, it is displayed on a display CRTD, and when the user inputs the code of the program to be executed next at a keyboard KB, it is transmitted to a center controller CPU0 of the center PC, the corresponding program and imposition information read out a memory MM0 and are transmitted to the terminal. When this information is stored in the memory MM1 at the terminal, the connection with the center PC is released and the processing for the program execution and imposition is done. |
