<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain trout sushi having a higher feeling of oneness of rice and trout than the present state, improved palatability and gorgeous appearance. <P>SOLUTION: This trout sushi is obtained by piling trout (2), boiled rice (1) and trout (2) on boiled rice (1) in order.
