The invention relates to the mechanical engineering and may be used for preparation of dry and semidry mortar and concrete mixes. The mixer contains a cylindrical body 1, which is carried by shock-mounting supports 2 and 3, a vibration exciter 4, charging ports for the components of the mix 5 and of the liquid 6, a mix discharging port 7. In the center of the body 1 there is placed a shaft 8 with mixing members 9, its ends being carried by bearings 10, the bodies 11 of which are installed in vibration isolations 12. The shaft 8 is set in motion by the drive 13. The result of the invention consists in increasing the action volumetric zone of the mixing members upon the material, division of the material into several fluxes, which afterwards are tied together and, simultaneously with mixing, are displaced towards the discharging port.
