PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect electrically the outer electrodes of a plurality of dielectric barrier discharge low-pressure discharge lamps, at low cost and simply. SOLUTION: Electrical connection of the outer electrodes of each dielectric barrier discharge low-pressure discharge lamp 12 is made by a common flexible conductive layer 72. The flexible conductive layer 72 is formed on the surface of the insulating body 73 where the groove is provided, by which groove the end part of the dielectric barrier discharge low-pressure discharge lamp 12 is clipped.
