PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing skull stuck to dust collecting pipe of refining furnace is provided to remove adhered skull from waste gas dust collecting pipe installed on the upper part of the refining furnace whenever tilting the refining furnace for tapping and charging of molten steel. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing skull stuck to dust collecting pipe of refining furnace comprises a lowerable and liftable ring member(5) comprising a plurality of scrapers penetratingly installed at the inner side of an entrance part of the dust collecting pipe(3) to make skull stuck to the inner side of the entrance part of the dust collecting pipe(3) installed at the upper side of the refining furnace(1) into small fragments as the scrapers are being ascended and descended whenever screening or tilting the refining furnace(1), first slot holes(21) vertically formed at both sides of the scrapers respectively, and a connection bar member(23) installed at one side of the first slot holes(21), wherein the lowerable and liftable ring member(5) is installed at the outer side of the entrance part of the dust collecting pipe(3) so that the first slot holes(21) are connected to a rotation shaft(25) installed at the outer side of the dust collecting pipe(3); and a touch bar member(7) installed at the upper side of the refining furnace(1) to descend the lowerable and liftable ring member(5) during tilting of the refining furnace(1) and ascend the lowerable and liftable ring member(5) during screening of the refining furnace(1) with second slot hole(27) formed at the upper side of the touch bar member(7) being connected to the connection bar member(23) of the lowerable and liftable ring member(5), the center of the touch bar member(7) being rotationally connected to the rotation shaft(25), and the lower part of the touch bar member(7) being connected to the refining furnace(1) by pin(29) so that the touch bar member(7) is rotated centering around the pin during screening of the refining furnace(1).
