<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand and supply plan making device capable of minimizing the payment amount of a demand and supply plan maker that meets a demand-supply balance in power consuming sections and power supply sections existing in a plurality of zones. <P>SOLUTION: This demand and supply plan making device, used for one or more power supply sections and one or more power consuming sections existing in a plurality of zones, comprises a demand and supply predicting means 610 for each zone which predicts a demand for each zone, a zone- compatible virtual power supply section making means 620 for making virtual supply sections 111 to 11N meeting a zone where demand is predicted by the demand and supply predicting means 610 for the power supply section 110, and a demand and supply plan making means 630 for making a planned value for supplying power based on the virtual supply sections 111 to 11N developed by the zone-compatible virtual power supply section making means 620. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
