PURPOSE: A device for automatically withdrawing carbon tray after scraping carbon stuck to pusher car door with door cleaner is provided to automatically discharge carbon and tar removed from the door cleaner of pusher car and loaded on carbon tray. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a driving cylinder(10) fixed to one side surface of carbon tray(6) of the pusher car; a pantograph(20) connected to cylinder shaft(11) of the driving cylinder(10) by connecting rod(12) and fixed to cutout part(6a) of the carbon tray(6) by pin(21); a bulldozer type pusher(13) clamped to the other side of the pantograph(20) by connecting bracket(15a); and a roller guide(14) fixed to both inner wall parts of the carbon tray(6) for guiding a transfer roller(18) fixed to both ends of a pusher moving member(15) to guide the bulldozer type pusher(13), wherein the device further comprises forward and backward limit switches(15,16) fixed to the upper part of one side wall of the carbon tray(6) to control forward and backward movements of the bulldozer type pusher(13); and a touch bar(17) fixed to the pusher moving member(15) to touch the forward and backward limit switches(15,16).
