PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal system including a removable ear-microphone is provided to have a built-in ear-microphone structure in the back of a cover, and to separate the ear-microphone structure at need to insert the ear-microphone structure in an ear of a user, thereby largely improving tone quality. CONSTITUTION: A codec(2) converts analog voice signals inputted through a microphone(1) installed in one part of a body into digital signals, or converts digital voice signals into analog signals. An MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(4) processes RF(Radio Frequency) signals inputted/outputted through the codec(2) to RF signals to transmit the processed signals to another communication equipment, and controls functions of a mobile communication terminal(3) on the whole. And an ear-microphone structure(6) is removably installed on the back of a cover or a folder of the mobile communication terminal(3) to emit voice signals outputted from the codec(2). In the ear-microphone structure(6), an ear-microphone unit(9) on which an ear-microphone(7) is installed on an upper part and a hooking groove is installed on a middle part in lengthwise is provided. A removing switch(11) inserted in the back of the cover or the folder of the mobile communication terminal(3) removes the ear-microphone unit(9) by hooking a hooking protuberance on the hooking groove of the ear-microphone unit. A cable latch unit inserted in the back of the cover or the folder of the mobile communication terminal includes a cable(12) for connecting the ear-microphone(7) with the codec(2), releases the ear-microphone(7) upon separation and pulls up the ear-microphone(7) upon insertion. And a projection switch(14) inserted in the back of the cover or the folder of the micro communication terminal(3) elastically contacts with a lower part of the ear-microphone unit(9) and projects the ear-microphone unit(9) upon separation.
