METHOD FOR PROVIDING CONNECTION SERVICE AND ROAMING SERVICE FOR PUBLIC LAN SERVICE

PURPOSE: A method for providing a connection service and a roaming service for public LAN service is provided to perform efficiently the public LAN service by providing a user connecting method and a roaming method between service company networks. CONSTITUTION: Authentication information including the corresponding service company information received from a corresponding subscriber terminal is checked when the corresponding subscriber terminal is connected to a corresponding service company network(S301,S302). The identification of the subscriber is checked on the basis of the received corresponding service company information(S303). The corresponding service is provided to the subscriber if the subscriber is identified, whereas the corresponding service is provided to the subscriber on the basis of the response information to the authentication information if the subscriber is not identified(S304,S305,S306).
