PURPOSE: A wire clamp pivot is provided to control a moving torque of a lever corresponding to a requirement by controlling a pressure using a bolt. CONSTITUTION: A wire clamp pivot(66) comprises a bottom bracket(24) fixed on a first lever(16) using a pressurizing bolt(34), a negative screw formed in the lower portion of the first lever(16), a second lever(18) inserted between a cover bracket and the bottom bracket(24), a first hole formed in the first lever(16), a second hole formed in the bottom bracket(24), a third hole formed beneath the first hole, a fourth hole formed on the second hole, discs(54,55,56,57) respectively inserted into the holes, and two ruby balls(26,27) respectively inserted between the discs(54,55) and between the discs(56,57). At this point, the bottom bracket(24) is strongly fixed to the first lever(16) when strongly tightening the pressurizing bolt(34) and the bottom bracket(24) is weakly fixed to the first lever(16) when weakly tightening the pressurizing bolt(34).
