PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize payment adjustment and issuance of tickets among a service management body, a trader indirectly related to the service management body, and a consumer receiving the service. SOLUTION: This payment adjustment processing device is provided with a register for adjusting payment about the sale of a commodity and a ticket issuing device receiving an order for the service about the purchased commodity from a purchaser of the commodity and issuing a ticket promising exchange for the service. The register adjusts the price of the issued ticket along with payment adjustment of the purchased commodity and handles the price of the ticket separately from the purchase of the commodity in accounting.
